This program has been created to push someone through weight training, functional fitness & bodyweight training. Improve your squat? Train faster & more fluid? Do more pushups, pull-ups & run harder? Get out of a funk & into a rhythm? All of this is for you. No matter your fitness level, HARD BODY will lay out specific training details throughout the 60 days with options on what to do. We will also take basic principles from our flagship program “40 Bullets” which includes a gallon of water, waking up early & tracking your progress along the way. This program is for anyone looking to go to a different level in their fitness journey.
