1v1 PERSONAL training for men and women for anywhere between 4-16 weeks. This includes the following:

  • A ZOOM evaluation set to your goals for the weeks ahead, talk routines, rhythms, where you are, fitness, current mindset & stuff that could be holding you back from top level performance all around
  • Growth ZOOM calls (one per week) with your Bulletproof Trainer
  • A full workout packet catered to your specific needs/goals. The amount of workouts is dependent on the time frame of your training.
  • Work with your Bulletproof Trainer to log your days & habits for ALL weeks, no shortcuts
  • Waived registration for the current 40 Bullets class

This training would be personalized to you. All ZOOM calls will be catered to your schedule.
