The 40 Bullets program is a daily development program that focuses on 7 key daily disciplines that you must complete DAILY for 40 straight days: water intake, reading, diet, weigh-in, exercise, people skills, and wake-up time. You will receive an E-Book Manual walking you through how to execute and complete the 40 day challenge. It includes 20 workouts, example books, sample diets to choose from, and all the logs you will need in order to track your progress.
A new class starts on the first Monday of every month. You will be placed in an accountability group with individuals in your same class for support and networking opportunities.
