The 40 Bullets program is a daily development program that focuses on 7 key daily disciplines that you must complete DAILY for 40 straight days: water intake, reading, diet, weigh-in, exercise, people skills, and wake-up time. You will receive an E-Book Manual walking you through how to execute and complete the 40 day challenge. It includes 20 workouts, example books, sample diets to choose from, and all the logs you will need in order to track your progress.
A new class starts on the first Monday of every month. You will be placed in an accountability group with individuals in your same class for support and networking opportunities.
After purchasing, you will receive an email confirmation with your next steps. All manuals and logs are sent to your email 2 days prior to your start date.

I joined Class 5 of 2020 (with Brennon and Stephen) and had seen the results some of the people who in previous classes. I was uber motivated, and wanted to transform my body and habits. I ended class 5 at a weight of 199 lbs. Lowest weight I had been since 8th grade! The 40 Bullets Program helped instill habits that I personally now cannot live without, my key focus on eating correctly, drinking my gallon, and working out (or some form) of exercise EVERY DAY.
